This course is made available through the eLearnAfrica and Edx partnership.

This two-part job search course guides you on the path to career success. Based on interviews from industry professionals and seasoned recruiters, we have created a course that helps you succeed in job interviews and outshine your competitors.


This course is for both native and non-native speakers of English. Native speakers will benefit from hearing from industry professionals and recruiters and how to prepare and perform more effectively in a job interview, while non-native speakers will also benefit from the language input that is provided in each week of the course.


Taken together with Part 1, English at Work in Asia: Job Applications, CVs and Cover Letters, Part 2 of this course will help you clinch that job!


Once you have your professional knowledge and gained your experience, how you persuade others to believe that you are as good as you say you are is the challenge. Our instructors have had a 100% success rate in getting interviews and landing a job in Asia and we hope to share that experience with you. The course materials are designed based on our expertise as well as advice from accomplished professionals in the business, HR and academic field. VIOLATIONS

If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:

  • Receiving a zero or no credit for an assignment;

  • Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;

  • Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or

  • Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

  • Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers. 

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.

Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
