While it is the university’s mission to provide affordable, tuition-free education for everybody, there is a nominal $60 Application Processing Fee for all applicants as well as a $100 Exam Processing Fee for each exam. Based on this, an Associates Degree can be completed in 2 years for $2000 and a Bachelor Degree can be completed in 4 years for $4000.
