Le projet Endangered Archaeology in the Middle East and North Africa (EAMENA) a développé une méthodologie pour documenter les sites et les paysages du patrimoine, en utilisant la télédétection comme technique clé.

Vous commencerez par apprendre à interpréter les images satellite avant de suivre un guide étape par étape sur comment utiliser Google Earth Pro pour trouver, enregistrer et surveiller les sites archéologiques, et puis vous étudierez l’évaluation des dégradations et des menaces qui pèsent sur les sites du patrimoine.


Explorez la cartographie de base comme outil de communication de l’information


Pour compléter votre boîte à outils de télédétection, ce cours vous fera découvrir l’archéologie des paysages argileux et rocailleux. À l’aide d’exemples, vous apprendrez quelles informations vous pouvez obtenir en observant ces paysages.


Enfin, vous étudierez la communication des informations par le biais d’une carte de base et les techniques que vous pouvez utiliser pour créer des cartes.

It will be particularly useful for heritage professionals working in countries in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries.

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
