This course aims to provide you with the practical advice and guidance you need to treat children’s dental issues and emergencies, achieving excellent results.


Apart from various treatment options, you’ll also learn more about the prevention of dental problems, how to manage children’s behaviour during dentist visits, and how to deal with children presenting with dental trauma as an emergency.

As part of this paediatric dentistry course, you’ll get a deeper understanding of the management and prevention of caries in children. You’ll learn how to assess children presenting with dental trauma and what the critical emergency treatment options are.


You’ll get to develop your behaviour management skills as well as how to successfully deliver local anaesthetic injections in children. This course will highlight the importance of treatment planning and the key things to consider when managing children.

  • Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

  • Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers. 

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.

Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
