On this two-week course, you’ll discover how to create and measure the success of a social media marketing campaign. You’ll explore how companies use digital marketing, and learn what goes into planning and running a successful campaign.


Learn how to create an effective social media strategy


You’ll discover the components that make up a social media campaign and how to effectively target each one.


You’ll learn how to identify your target audience through the use of personas. Next, you’ll identify the strengths and drawbacks of different social media platforms to decide where your target audience is more likely to hear your message.


Learn to leverage paid and organic social media in a single campaign


Exploring the difference between paid and organic social media marketing, you’ll examine the best route for you before producing a strategy and sample content for your own campaign.


You’ll learn the appropriate metrics to measure a campaign’s effectiveness to understand what it takes to succeed.


Improve your marketing skills alongside industry experts


Learning alongside experts, you’ll understand not only how to be present on social media, but how to make a difference. This course will teach you how to connect with your audience in meaningful ways, learning how to bring social media into the heart of your marketing, communication, and customer support.


This course is designed for anyone interested in increasing their digital skills in social media marketing.


It will be particularly useful if you work in marketing and you want to build confidence in using digital technology in the workplace.

VIOLATIONS

If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:

  • Receiving a zero or no credit for an assignment;

  • Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;

  • Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or

  • Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

  • Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers. 

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.

Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
