On this course, you will explore the fundamentals of the EFQM model. You will ask:
- Why? – clearly defining business purpose
- How? – looking at business operations
- What? – measuring achievements to date.


Through asking these questions you will learn how to improve business performance, and how to manage necessary changes to get there.

Discover the foundations of the EFQM model


The EFQM model was developed over 30 years ago by some of Europe’s most successful businesses. Since then, it has been used by thousands of organisations around the world to drive business improvement and manage change.


On this course you will begin to learn about the history of the EFQM model, and how and why it was developed. It can serve as a taster of a full EFQM qualification, if you want to first understand the fundamentals before going further.


This course is aimed at anyone seeking a practical framework for business improvement and organisational change management. It will also be of interest to those who have some knowledge of the EFQM model and want to know more.

VIOLATIONS

  • Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;

  • Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or

  • Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

  • Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers. 

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.

Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
