Solutions architects play a vital role in ensuring business processes and IT infrastructure work harmoniously within organizations.
On this five-week course, you’ll examine how to design solutions as an architect, using Azure services, and gain the skills to take the AZ-305 exam.
Architects align IT solutions with organisation objectives, designing solutions to address business goals and needs.
Building on your understanding of business processes, you’ll examine how to identify optimization opportunities and design solutions for specific areas of business and IT, from business continuity to data storage.
Azure services offer a range of tools to help you respond to challenges across IT platforms.
Using tools including Azure Active Directory, Data Factory, and Azure App Services, you’ll gain a comprehensive overview of Azure and its real-world applications.
You’ll be able to design solutions using appropriate Azure services, as well as explaining your design process to stakeholders.
Successful architects create high-performing solutions that address a number of needs at once, not just in isolation.
You’ll learn how to use the Azure Well-Architected Framework to optimize costs, reliability, and security.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to design business solutions using Azure architecture and be ready to take the AZ-305 exam, demonstrating your skills as an Azure Solutions Architect.
This course is designed to help prepare you for Exam AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.
It’s recommended that you have some prior knowledge of identity, governance, and monitoring solutions, as well as experience of working with integrating identity and governance solutions.

Not engage in any activity that would dishonestly improve my results, or improve or hurt the results of others.
Not post answers to problems that are being used to assess student performance.
Abide by any and all requirements of the eLearnAfrica Participants as may regard the expectations of civil or academic behavior or of community standards.
If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:
Receiving a zero or no credit for an assignment;
Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;
Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or
Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.
Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers.
No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
