Deliver efficient project management as part of a Scrum team
The Scrum framework demonstrates an iterative approach to problem-solving and delivering customer value. It’s known for its speed, simplicity, and adaptability.
On this course, you’ll be guided through the basics of Scrum project management, learning the key terminology and applications used within the framework.
With this knowledge, you’ll be able to adapt your current work processes and integrate Scrum methods to improve product development delivery and efficiency across processes.

Traditional project management methods rely on structured, sequential execution and often, as a result, hit bottlenecks and problems when needs change.

Scrum uses unique terminology to describe its framework, most of which may be unfamiliar to those new to Scrum.
You’ll examine core terms and learn how each fits into the Scrum ritual. You’ll then investigate real-world examples of Agile working, giving you a sense of Scrum in action.
Discover the roles within a Scrum team from product owner to Scrum Master
Scrum teams have cross-functional skills and are able to effectively self-manage.
You’ll be introduced to the roles within a Scrum team and learn their contribution to efficient project management.
By the end of this course, you’ll understand the Scrum framework and its impact, both on the efficiency of product delivery and team wellbeing.
This course is for project managers, software developers and anyone who works within a product delivery team.
It is particularly suited to team leaders and those who want to further their understanding of Agile methodology and how to implement it within different contexts.

VIOLATIONS
If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:

Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;

Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or

Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
