Se siguen reclutando y utilizando a miles de niñas y niños en conflictos en todo el mundo Si bien se han logrado progresos en algunas esferas, aún quedan problemas por resolver en la elaboración y ejecución de programas para prevenir y responder a las necesidades de los CAAFAG.
Este curso de seis semanas de la Alianza para la Protección de la Niñez y Adolescencia en la Acción Humanitaria presentará los conceptos clave para el diseño de programas orientados a los CAAFAG y contextualizará su diseño dentro del marco legal y normativo.
Le guiará a través de las cinco etapas del ciclo del proyecto con lo cual aprenderá a cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en las pautas de desarrollo del programa para los CAAFAG.
En el presente curso, aprenderá a desarrollar programas con sensibilidad de género específicos para cada contexto que incorporan las perspectivas de los CAAFAG.
Explorará el diseño de programas orientados a prevenir el reclutamiento, facilitar la liberación y la identificación, y promover la reintegración.
Para la ejecución de proyectos no se necesita solamente el diseño de programas, sino también consideraciones más amplias que incluyen la preparación de presupuestos, la gestión de recursos humanos y la protección de los niños.
El presente curso está diseñado para gerentes o asesores de protección de la niñez que están a cargo de diseñar, ejecutar, revisar y apoyar programas para los CAAFAG.
Su objetivo es ampliar los conocimientos de los profesionales con experiencia previa en la protección de la niñez y el desarrollo de programas. Entre ellos se pueden incluir a aquellos que trabajan en ONG internacionales y nacionales, organismos de la ONU y representantes de instituciones gubernamentales.

Not post answers to problems that are being used to assess student performance.
Abide by any and all requirements of the eLearnAfrica Participants as may regard the expectations of civil or academic behavior or of community standards.
If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:
Receiving a zero or no credit for an assignment;
Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;
Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or
Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.
Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers.
No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
