On this two-week course, you’ll learn the best practices of instructional design and technology (IDT) to ensure you can create effective online experiences.

What’s more, you’ll explore the core aspects of becoming a socially responsible instructional designer who can contribute to the betterment of society.

You’ll understand instructional design as a helping profession as you learn how to become a civic-minded instructional designer, understanding the CMID framework that underpins this work.

You’ll then learn how to apply these skills, following essential steps to help you design effective instructional experiences.

Explore the history and fundamentals of instructional design

You’ll gain a solid understanding of the basics of IDT, including the concepts and terminologies, history of the field, and the ADDIE framework.

With this knowledge, you’ll learn how to apply the history of instructional design with the current and future development of IDT.

  • Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;

  • Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or

  • Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

  • Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers. 

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
