Les mesures de biosécurité sont essentielles pour prévenir l’introduction et la propagation d’agents pathogènes entre les élevages de volailles. Une biosécurité efficace permet de garantir la santé et le bien-être des volailles, ainsi que la qualité et la sécurité des produits avicoles.
Ce cours de quatre semaines dispensé par l’Université de Padoue vous permettra d’étudier les mesures de biosécurité à tous les stades de la filière avicole et de discuter de la manière dont nous pouvons améliorer le respect de ces mesures dans toute l’Europe.
Apprenez avec des experts européens reconnus
Les animateurs du cours sont une équipe de chercheurs spécialisés dans l’aviculture européenne et la biosécurité. Ils vous fourniront des conseils étape par étape sur les mesures que les élevages peuvent prendre pour améliorer leur biosécurité.
Examinez les mesures de biosécurité à chaque étape du cycle de production
L’étape suivante consiste à comprendre les différentes mesures de biosécurité recommandées avant et à chaque étape du cycle de production.
Regardez de plus près la biosécurité en production d’oeufs
Au cours de la dernière semaine du cours, vous vous concentrerez sur les défis spécifiques de la biosécurité dans la production d’œufs. Vous noterez les similitudes et les différences entre la production d’œufs et de volailles, et apprendrez à manipuler en toute sécurité les œufs à couver et les œufs de consommation.

Ce cours s’adresse à toute personne travaillant ou s’intéressant aux élevages de volailles en Europe.
Il sera également utile aux étudiants en médecine vétérinaire ou en sciences animales qui souhaitent en savoir plus sur les défis spécifiques de la biosécurité dans l’aviculture.

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
