By first understanding and defining your career aspirations and evaluating your skills, you’ll be able to identify whether you’re looking to change your career completely or just find a new job in the wellness industry.
On this course, you’ll learn about the different jobs that make up the wellness industry. You’ll then audit your own career to enable you to better plan your path into a fulfilling and meaningful career in wellness.
Discover the networking basics and develop the toolkit for your transition into wellness
Networking is crucial to many industries, wellness being one of them. This course will show you the best tips and techniques to build your career network and how to research and connect with the right people to further your career in wellness.
You’ll also assemble your transition toolkit so you can stand out, match your skills to the right jobs, and make sure you get the career opportunities that you want.
Cultivate a success mindset to make the most of your career opportunities
To support you in building confidence and resilience, you’ll learn how to overcome limiting beliefs, develop a positive money mentality, and become a great negotiator. Together, these skills will form your success mindset to help you manage the ups and downs of your career journey.

When planning your career in wellness, it’s important to understand your personal values so you can find a position in the industry that reflects them, and that you’re passionate about.
This course will take you through the process of defining your personal values and then matching them with your ideal job criteria, allowing you to narrow the field of potential opportunities and helping in finalising your strategy to transition into the wellness industry.
This course is designed for anyone looking to turn an interest in wellness into a thriving career. You don’t need any experience in the industry as this course covers the basics of getting started.

Complete all tests and assignments on my own, unless collaboration on an assignment is explicitly permitted.

Maintain only one user account and not let anyone else use my username and/or password.

Not engage in any activity that would dishonestly improve my results, or improve or hurt the results of others.

Not post answers to problems that are being used to assess student performance.

Abide by any and all requirements of the eLearnAfrica Participants as may regard the expectations of civil or academic behavior or of community standards.
VIOLATIONS
If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:

Receiving a zero or no credit for an assignment;

Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;

Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or

Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers.
No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
CHANGING THE HONOR CODE

Any changes to this Honor Code will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated effective date.
