Launching and Growing a Business in Wellness
From coming up with a compelling business idea, examining the marketplace for gaps and opportunities, and deciding whether you will launch a product or service, there are plenty of opportunities for new startups in the $4.5 trillion wellness industry.
On this course, you’ll build the knowledge and skills you need to take your wellness business from idea to launch and beyond.
Identify opportunities in the wellness market and set business goals around them
When starting a new business, it’s important to be clear about the problem that you’re solving for the consumer. After assessing the gaps in the wellness market, you’ll start mapping out your idea, building your business vision, and then setting business goals that bring the two together.
Learn business planning techniques and develop effective business strategies
Once you have your core business idea and goals, it’s time to narrow down your target customer and build strong business plans to support your product or service.
You’ll discover how to identify your ideal customer, then learn the tools and techniques for effective business planning. By creating your plans and strategies early on in the process, you can test your business idea efficiently and quickly pivot if you encounter any issues.
Explore launching and growing your business from funding to marketing
Financing your new business can be a complicated process. On this course you’ll look at the best strategies for raising money to fund your business, as well as how to grow once you’re financed. This includes building a passionate team and marketing your wellness brand.
This course is designed for anyone looking to turn an interest in wellness into a thriving career. You don’t need any experience in the industry as this course covers the basics of getting started.

Maintain only one user account and not let anyone else use my username and/or password.

Not engage in any activity that would dishonestly improve my results, or improve or hurt the results of others.

Not post answers to problems that are being used to assess student performance.

Abide by any and all requirements of the eLearnAfrica Participants as may regard the expectations of civil or academic behavior or of community standards.
VIOLATIONS
If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:

Receiving a zero or no credit for an assignment;

Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;

Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or

Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.

Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers.
No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
