Got a great business idea? Time to build a bullet-proof go to market strategy.
This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to identify your business positioning, define your target market, and develop a marketing strategy that sets your business up for success.
Led by Ken Burke, founder of the EntrepreneurNOW Network, you’ll discover how to use the unique selling points (USPs) of your product or service to define its business positioning.
You’ll learn how to inform your customers of these USPs through the creation of a defined and unique value proposition and identify effective selling and marketing techniques for doing so.
Defining your audience is a key part of developing a solid go to market strategy.
You’ll consider how to identify who your audience is and explore ways to identify your competition. You’ll also explore how to build and use customer personas to inform a value proposition that resonates with your audience.
Understanding your customers is key to reaching and engaging with them. You’ll learn how to identify the business benefits that matter most to your target customer.
You’ll discover how to make psycho-graphic and demographic customer profiles and how to implement different messaging strategies to engage with your target audience
Once you’ve learnt how to develop a go to market plan, lay out your unique value proposition, identify your target audience and messaging strategy, and position your business in the market, you’ll find out how to apply your new knowledge in the real world.
This course is designed for entrepreneurs who already own a business or are looking to start one.
