On this course, you’ll explore the basic concepts of interpersonal communication in the workplace.


Led by communication experts at the University of Law, you’ll develop your understanding of the communication process, and get to grips with the role of communication in your work as a manager.


Discover different types of communication and the benefits of different communication networks


The course will help you to identify different, useful types of communication–from verbal and non-verbal to visual.


You’ll also consider the different types of communication networks that exist at different levels in an organisation, and identify the benefits of using different communication networks for different types of communication.


Learn communication strategies for influencing people at work


In order to be an effective manager, it’s vital that you can effectively communicate your influence to your team.


You’ll explore the potential barriers to effective communication, and identify ways to overcome them.


You’ll also learn how to improve your influencing skills as you learn about communicating with influence in today’s workplace and the value of being able to influence people at work.


This communication course is designed for line, middle and top level managers in organisations who’d like to enhance their professional skillset and become a better manager.


It will also be useful for young professionals looking to start their careers with good habits, as well as professionals and students who are interested in management roles.

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
