Examine the applications of Scrum tools used within Agile projects
Scrum project management relies on an iterative, collaborative approach to product delivery, and there are a range of online tools you can use to enhance your team’s Agile workflow.
On this course, you’ll gain an overview of software including Jira, Zoom, and Trello. Using case studies throughout, you’ll discover real-world applications for each tool and identify how each contributes to Agile working.

You’ll learn how to implement Zoom and Microsoft Teams to ensure your online meetings are easy to schedule and host, and your team can communicate seamlessly across channels, wherever they are in the world.
Enhance your Scrum board project visualisation
Boards are a key component of Agile frameworks, providing a visual aid for teams to track and update their progress.
You’ll explore boards in Jira and Microsoft Planner, comparing the functionality of each and choosing the most appropriate for your own team.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to identify a variety of Scrum project management software tools and demonstrate how they’re used to improve project management and delivery.
This course is designed for software developers, project managers, and those involved in product delivery who want to improve their knowledge of Scrum project management.
You’ll be introduced to various tools and software used by effective Scrum teams. You won’t necessarily have to install or run them to learn on the course.

No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
