Le misure di biosicurezza sono fondamentali per prevenire l’introduzione e la diffusione di agenti patogeni negli allevamenti avicoli. Una biosicurezza efficace contribuisce a garantire la salute e il benessere dei volatili, nonché la qualità e la sicurezza dei loro prodotti.
In questo corso affronteremo le misure di biosicurezza in tutte le fasi della produzione avicola e discuteremo di come si può migliorare il suo rispetto in Europa.

Esaminiamo le misure di biosicurezza in ogni fase del ciclo produttivo


Esploreremo le misure di biosicurezza raccomandate, prima e in ogni fase del ciclo di produzione per diventare esperti di tanti aspetti fondamentali della biosicurezza, tra cui il controllo dei vettori, la gestione dei rifiuti, la pulizia e la disinfezione.


Diamo un’occhiata più da vicino alla biosicurezza nella produzione di uova


Nell’ultima settimana ci concentreremo sulle sfide specifiche della biosicurezza nella produzione di uova. Vedremo le somiglianze e le differenze tra produzione di uova e di carne e impareremo a gestire in sicurezza le uova da cova e da consumo.
Concluderemo con le conoscenze necessarie per rendere l’allevamento avicolo europeo più sicuro e più sostenibile.
