This digital marketing course will provide you with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to design a digital marketing strategy for a hotel and hospitality enterprise.
You’ll learn how to audit a hotel’s website, and will find the tools in order to better understand the customer’s online and offline behaviour.
Firstly, you’ll get to grips with the whole range of digital marketing terminology, and will also distinguish the different types of digital media in which to market to.
You’ll then also understand the different target markets, their needs and wants and how to manage data and evaluate results.
You’ll then conduct a website and social media audit, and will then decipher how to design a customised marketing strategy and storytelling expert within the media.
You’ll then explore how online travel agencies (OTA’s) can benefit hospitality businesses and how you can solidify your relationship with them.

You’ll be learning from experts within the field of digital marketing, and will be learning in collaboration with Hotel Institute Montreux (HIM).
This course is primarily designed for beginners (entry level) and middle management workers that would like to develop digital know-how and skills-set and improve the overall business digital footprint.
It’s also suited to freelancers that would like to offer digital marketing services, those looking to change careers and work on strategies for newer marketing channels, marketing professionals holding a BBA or MBA degree, sales professionals, business development executives, and other people working within the wider marketing field.

If you are found in violation of the Terms and Conditions or Honor Code, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:
Receiving a zero or no credit for an assignment;
Having any certificate earned in the course withheld or revoked;
Being unenrolled from a course, learning program or degree program; or
Termination of your use of the App and/or Site.
Additional actions may be taken at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica and eLearnAfrica course providers.
No refunds will be issued in the case of any corrective action for such violations.
Honor code violations will be determined at the sole discretion of eLearnAfrica, the Partners, or Members. You will be notified if a determination has been made that you have violated this honor code and you will be informed of the corresponding action to be taken as a result of the violation.
